We model and design our consulting products based on the three-visit approach: every company, especially family-owned companies, must act as if it will receive three visits tomorrow: the visit of the authorities, the visit of a potential buyer and the visit of death. For each of these visits, the company must be prepared: if it is the authorities, all permits must be up to date, taxes must be well presented with accurate backups and in full compliance with the regulations, all employees must be reported and all contracts must be up to date, for example. For the visit of a buyer, our financial statements must reflect the reality of the company, our inventories up to date, our contracts with suppliers updated, our intellectual property registered, in short, the elements of a due diligence.
