Purpose of Processing<\/h2>\n<p>Your data will be used exclusively for:<br \/>\n1. Process and respond to your tax inquiry<br \/>\n2. Verify that you are an authorized ICS customer<br \/>\n3. Send the reply by email<br \/>\n4. Improve the quality of our consulting service<\/p>\n<h2>4. Legal Basis<\/h2>\n<p>The processing of your data is based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Law No. 8968 \u2014 Law on the Protection of the Person against the Processing of Their Personal Data<\/li>\n<li>Your express consent when submitting the query<\/li>\n<li>The contractual relationship between you and ICS Consultores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Data Conservation<\/h2>\n<p>Your inquiries are retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 5 years after its termination, in accordance with legal obligations for retaining tax documents.<br \/>\nYou can request the deletion of your data at any time, except for those that we are legally obligated to retain.<\/p>\n<h2>6. However:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All responses are reviewed and validated by an ICS human expert before being sent.<\/li>\n<li>AI does not make automated decisions that affect it without human intervention<\/li>\n<li>Data processed by AI is subject to the same security and confidentiality measures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>10.
