The National Institute of Statistics and Censuses presented the most recent results of the Continuous Employment Survey\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n <\/g>\r\n <\/g>\r\n <\/g><\/svg><\/span><\/a> for the June, July and August 2025 quarter.<\/p>\n

According to the data, the national unemployment rate<\/strong> was located at 6 percent<\/strong>, The company's operations in the United States, with no significant changes compared to the previous year, have remained stable. Currently, 137 thousand people<\/strong> are out of work, of which 76 thousand are men and 62 thousand are women<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The labor participation rate<\/strong> went down to 54 percent<\/strong>, This means that fewer people are actively in the labor market. As for the informal employment<\/strong>, the study estimates that about 810 thousand people<\/strong> work in informal conditions, mainly on a self-employed basis.<\/p>\n

In total, the working population<\/strong> reaches 2.16 million people<\/strong>, while the total workforce<\/strong> is estimated at 2.3 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

These results reflect a slight improvement in unemployment, but also a decrease in participation and employment, especially among women.<\/p>\n
