This result confirms that the economy maintains a solid and stable pace, with an average growth of four point five percent during the first ten months of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest boost came from companies located in special regimes, whose production increased by fifteen percent, mainly due to the good performance of the manufacturing industry and technology-intensive services. In contrast, companies in the definitive regime grew at a more moderate rate of two point six percent.<\/p>\n<p>Among the activities that contributed most to growth were manufacturing, professional services, education, health, and transportation. On the other hand, private construction and agricultural and livestock activities showed a slowdown, influenced by lower investments and adverse weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In general terms, the Central Bank notes that the Costa Rican economy continues to show resilience and stability in the face of various challenges, maintaining a path of sustained growth.<\/p>\n<p>This is a news service prepared by ICS.
