These surveys provide a more accurate picture of the national reality in areas such as employment, poverty, labor demand, entrepreneurship and price variations.<\/p>\n<p>INEC reminds that all its staff is duly identified with ID card and institutional clothing, and that citizens can verify the identity of the interviewers through the official website of the institution. In addition, interviews can be conducted without entering homes, respecting the security measures of each place.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, INEC emphasizes that the information provided is strictly confidential and protected by law, and that its use is exclusively statistical, to support the country's decision making based on reliable data.<\/p>\n<p>This is a news service prepared by ICS.
