These auctions will be held electronically through the Integrated Public Procurement System (SICOP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Persons wishing to participate in these auctions must make an advance payment prior to the receipt of bids in order to participate in SICOP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested parties can visit the Ministry of Finance website to check
