The Ministry of Finance has announced the update of its EDDI-7 tool, now at version 1.37.0, effective this July.
This improvement allows taxpayers to make payments using the Official Receipt D-110 for two key taxes: the direct transfer of real estate and the transfer of personal property.
In addition, forms D-120 for the liquidation and payment of real estate transfer and form D-121 to declare the tax on the transfer of motor vehicles, including exempted vehicles, as well as aircrafts and boats, may now be completed.
It is important to note that, until August 31, 2025, payments must be made at collection agencies that accept the printed document.
Additionally, as of August 3, payment will only be available for the transfer of personal property and form D-121 (tax on the transfer of motor vehicles, including exempted vehicles, as well as aircraft and vessels).
This update is key for taxpayers managing asset transfers.
