Negotiation and closing process
Once the due diligence process is completed and approved by the parties, the negotiation and closing process begins, which includes final terms between the parties, general advice and preparation of the cost table.
Comprehensive notarial services
Preparation of the deed of sale, prior documents of authorization of the parties involved, appraisal and payment of stamps and corresponding expenses, coordination of signatures of the parties, presentation and follow-up to the registration of the deed in the National Registry.
Post closing services
Once the purchase and sale is registered, we will proceed with the counseling and fulfillment of administrative issues such as the declaration of the property before the municipality and the transfer of services such as water, electricity and internet.
