The Ministry of Finance informed last week that due to the incident generated on the external web consultation service of the Information Technology System for Customs Control (TICA), personnel has been deployed in all customs offices in the country to provide the information required for foreign trade operations, in order to maintain the flow of goods entering and leaving the country.

The current system does not allow any external user to view the status of the various customs procedures through the system, however, the processing of messages and responses that trade operators receive in their electronic mailboxes operate regularly, which are used to manage the removal of goods.

The technical teams of the Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Finance are working to solve the incident as soon as possible, as soon as it is resolved it will be communicated through official means.
