The Ministry of Finance informed that the Web query service of the Customs Control Information Technology System (TICA) has been reestablished and is operating normally after the computer problems experienced in the last few weeks.
From Thursday, March 7 through Tuesday, March 12, the National Customs Service processed 29,695 Single Customs Declarations, exceeding the total number processed in the same period of the week prior to the contingency (26,735).
The Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Finance informed that they continue to analyze the root cause of the problem in order to minimize similar incidents in the future.
